Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your booking. The rest is due after your cleaning.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all supplies and professional products to every job.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance, and we can issue a certificate of insurance (COI) for your building.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back for a free re-clean within 24–48 hours.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key with the doorman or use a lockbox. We'll confirm access when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, Zelle and Venmo. We don't accept cash.
Do you offer monthly plans?
Yes. Monthly plans include one deep clean a month. Call or text us to set one up.
